St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church is discerning new ways to use its property, including a vacant school on campus.


Project Details

  • A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed with VEREP.

  • A Dashboard study is being conducted.

  • The parish is exploring how its underutilized buildings, including portions that once housed a school and two residences, might support mission and financial sustainability


Community Impact

The project will help St. Andrew’s make faithful and sustainable use of its real estate resources.
