A major redevelopment project in Arlington has reached completion as Kinhaven Preschool returns to Ballston, reopening in a new space created through the redevelopment of Central United Methodist Church. The project highlights how church property can be transformed to serve both congregations and community needs.

The newly redeveloped property includes modern worship and gathering space for Central United Methodist Church as well as classrooms for Kinhaven Preschool, which has been serving Arlington families for decades. The redevelopment demonstrates the potential of partnerships between churches, schools, and developers to create vibrant, multi-use community spaces.

This project serves as a model for other congregations exploring how mission and real estate can intersect to support sustainable ministry and community impact.
